Inspired by our namesake Norman, a Texan who discovered a deep appreciation for Japan’s culinary traditions, the menu celebrates bold fusion: smoky robata-grilled wagyu, inventive sushi, and playful nods to both cultures. Paired with a curated wine list and cocktails that blend East and West, Norman’s is a place to gather, linger, and enjoy Dallas dining with a story worth sharing.
